Flat rentals in Lignano are managed according to precise conditions. Flats will be put at your disposal by the Laguna Agency between 4.00pm and 8.00pm on arrival day and they have to be left before 10.00am on departure day. On your arrival in the flat you have rented in Lignano, a guarantee deposit will be required. If equipment or furniture differ in any way from what stated in the stock-check provided by the agency, the variation will be acknowledged only if reported to the Laguna Agency within 12.00 o'clock am on day the after your arrival. The Laguna agency forbids hosting people other than those registered. The agency has the right to come and check the situation at any time, even without previous notice. The amount of persons per accommodation cannot exceed the number of available beds. According to availability, the Laguna Agency will provide you with extra beds or cradles, which have to be asked while making the reservation. The flat is let completely furnished and in perfect conditions.
